Using the excuse that one check owed to me was lost in the mail (prior to covid), and ignored 7 telephone calls to after market, 1 phone call to the GM, 1 personal visit and finally turned over a second check that was owed to me because I contacted the Illinois attorney generals office. You tell me if they earned a 4-5 star. . More

Good timely service when I needed an oil change while on vacation. Mike from service helped me. One minor problem is the car wash after service. My vehicle was just washed and waxed and obviously didn’t nee vacation. Mike from service helped me. One minor problem is the car wash after service. It looked worse when I picked it up, but the oil was changed. A little observational common sense should have been applied here. Put me down for both my vehicles to never get a wash. Thanks. More
