Disappointing service visit. I was told something different each time I spoke with the service technician. First day after diagnosing the problem he said it’d be ready around 3 o I was told something different each time I spoke with the service technician. First day after diagnosing the problem he said it’d be ready around 3 or 4. After his “promise” to call with an update, I called near the end of the day and waited on hold for 8 minutes before I gave up. Next day it was “it’ll be ready today or tomorrow.” Next day his “techs were putting the final touches on the car” in the morning, but of course it still wasn’t ready. The car was ready late afternoon on day 4. It’s not the length of time that is a problem, it’s being given a different excuse daily. It makes arranging schedules very difficult. Mark listened to all questions and concerns, and immediately got me answers from someone else when he didn't know them off the top of his head. It is extremely straight forward to buy here, and there are no gimmicky fees or sales packages that they make you add on at the end. Truly the most competitive prices on the market. I couldn't have haggle even if I wanted to because there was nothing else that I had seen which beat these prices while holding the same quality. The only initial hesitation that I had was that I ideally would have liked to bring it to my mechanic before purchasing for peace of mind, but I understand why it is policy for that not to happen. They will allow you to bring your mechanic in, however! The car was very clean, and I anticipate it serving me for a very long time, but should I need to buy another vehicle in the coming years, this will be the first place I look to do business with. More
