When I brought my car in about an oil consumption test, I was given different information than I was over the phone. Oops! I saw my car sitting in the lot, oil change completed. After 15 minutes I asked one of the office men if he could help him. He said he could not and I needed to speak to the man I initially dealt with. That man was on the phone trying to help another customer resolve an issue. About five minutes later I asked another man if he could help me and he said he couldn’t. I then found a young man who offered to help me, got my invoice from the man still busy on the phone, and gave it to me so I could pay my bill and get my car. It took a total of 20 minutes to find someone to help me and not brush me off. There needs to be somebody assigned to help customers regardless of whether they initially dealt with them. horrible, horrible customer service. More
