Took my 2015 Ford Explorer in for some work. Had complained about a “bumping” noise under the car…sounded like something was loose. After examining the car I was told that there was an issue with th complained about a “bumping” noise under the car…sounded like something was loose. After examining the car I was told that there was an issue with the sway bars. It was recommended that they replaced some parts (I don’t remember specifically what they were at this point). Got the car home and the noise had not gone away and at this point it is much worse. To be honest, I don’t want to take the car back there because it is just too much trouble and the service person I dealt with was not very helpful. ALSO, I was charged almost $500 in labor to replace a sensor! How is that reasonable?! More
If you care about your vehicle, don't bring it here. I dropped my car off on Friday morning for tires, alignment and rotors to have my car held hostage until Monday morning. When I received my car, there was damage on every rim of the vehicle. The Service Manager was denying the damage was done by them when it's clearly evident the damage is fresh. He offered to only fix one of the rims when the entire set should be their responsibility. This location has severely gone down hill, well before the pandemic. FORD OWNERS BEWARE! More
