Brought in my car after an accident to fix the body. Dealership told me that it will take about 3-4 weeks to have the car fixed. I told them not a problem because my insurance was covering the rental Dealership told me that it will take about 3-4 weeks to have the car fixed. I told them not a problem because my insurance was covering the rental for 30 days. A month passes by and the dealership doesn't even have the parts. Nobody at the dealership bothered to call me once, thankfully the adjuster from my insurance company was responsible and kept me updated. I called the dealership after 30 days to find out what was going on and they told me that they should get the parts within a week and then I would have to wait for my car's turn to get fixed due to the backlog - really??? why would you not tell me that it will take 2 month to fix my car? if i knew that my car would be just parked at the dealership parking lot, I would have never rented a car and used my car instead and only rented when they got the parts in. I asked them to give me a loaner because insurance wasn't covering the rental for more than 30 days and the dealership told me NO. I asked them why they kept my car at the dealership for 30 days instead of letting me drive it, they told me nothing in response. i asked them why i had to wait 3 weeks after my parts arrived due to backlog - they had no answer. The lack of concern for their customers is astounding - I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!! because of them I ended up paying about $600 extra for the car rental. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and careless. and to make things worst - they did a poor job putting the car together - they "forgot" to connect half the hoses in the car and as a result it was making all kinds of noises. More

We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge from Family Ford Our salesman was professional, knowledgeable & personable. No high pressure tactics, he explained sll of the vehicle features allowed us to drive the ve salesman was professional, knowledgeable & personable. He assured us tat the vehicle would be serviced & detailed before delivery. John reviewed the sales contract and scheduled delivery. We met with John in the financial office on delivery date & he reviewed all of the paperwork and we closed the sale. All of the figures were correct and warranty & serve options explained. The vehicle had been serviced, detailed and a full tank of gas. We had a small problem in setting up The FordPass system and John scheduled appointment with service. I took the vehicle into service and the problem resolved in less then one hour . Family Ford not only delivers quality vehicles and service, they deliver promises. We have purchased vehicles before at Family Ford and used the service department and always received excellent service. We are mote than pleased and would highly recommend Family Ford!
