Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! I started my search for a new car in June 2023. I met Ronnie and asked him questions concerning “market adjustments” that other Toyota dealerships have. I returned in Oct. 2023 and in Feb. 2024, when I finally purchased a new 2024 Highlander. I had been going back and forth in my own mind for several months as to whether I would purchase a Highlander vs. a Grand Highlander. I would highly recommend that you talk to Ronnie at Falmouth Toyota concerning your next purchase. More

I went to Falmouth Toyota recently to buy a car. The service was excellent. I don't know a lot about cars but I had a good idea of what I wanted in a car, and our sales person, Robert Bonneau, made The service was excellent. Falmouth Toyota is a great no pressure place to buy a car. We actually went there to look at a used Highlander but after looking at the new Highlanders we switched gears and bought a brand new Highlander car. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesperson Robert Bonneau. Everything was well organized and a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle. Also Sam did a great job of showing my wife and I how to set up and use the cars functions. Had the car for two weeks and it is a great ride, especially with our two large golden retrievers in the back seat. They love the extra space in the rear. More

Purchased my third RAV4 hybrid from Murphy and his son’s dealership FALMOUTH TOYOTA on route 28 in Bourne. I have found that they back the warranty and have maintained my cars in excellent shape. They have an outstanding service manager which helps especially with all the High Tech items in a RAV4 hybrid limited that require special test equipment and a well trained technician.. That is true to most vehicles today. I also had an excellent sales consultant Ronnie Sjahfiedin who actually worked for me with no pressure to buy. I also have used Ronnie to find a used car for my daughter and best friend which worked out great. More
