Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

I recently bought a new Tacoma from Falmouth Toyota. Amy killoran sales manager reach out to me when I brought my Rav 4 in for service. Justin Halstead was the salesperson who also helped me through the process. He had my truck out front ready for me to test drive. I was able to take the truck home that same day. Justin in sales was awesome. He made us feel relaxed and welcome when we came to the dealership and had the car we were interested in ready for us to test drive. The whole experience was as relaxing as it can get for a car purchase. No hard sale. The vehicle we purchased was used with some minor issues but Justin assured us he would make sure to have those things repaired. He lived up to his word and we couldn't be happier. Jared in finance was also great. He took us through the finance process, showed us some options and was very knowledgeable explaining everything and answering all our questions. When we had to drop our vehicle off a few days later to have it serviced we were given a loaner car for the day. That type of service is personal and that's what makes all the difference. Overall, if I was to guide anyone in their next car purchase I would highly recommend they go to Falmouth Toyota. More
