Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

I have been with Falmouth Toyota for many years and the experience has always been terrific. This time I happened to buy a subaru forester from Falmouth Toyota because, although it was 7 years old, it onl experience has always been terrific. This time I happened to buy a subaru forester from Falmouth Toyota because, although it was 7 years old, it only had 19,000 miles. Rob Bonneau made the buying experience incredibly easy. He is very personable, sharing knowledge and experience freely ... not your typical car salesman. There was a small issue with the vehicle discovered after delivery and Rob stepped right up to the plate and got the issue fixed immediately. I love my new car! More

I have been dealing with Falmouth Toyota since 2002 when I moved to Cape. Ronnie has been my sales person for last several years always polite and makes sure all questions are answered. I am also very happy with the financial department as they go over in detail the rebates as well as viable choices that best fit your situation. John is the representative from that department. I must also include that in 22years I have always had positive experiences in your well run service department. I was having hard time finding the model car in the color I wanted. I looked at a lot of Toyota dealer websites and found what I wanted at Falmouth Toyota, about an hour from where we live. I worked with Rob I wanted. I looked at a lot of Toyota dealer websites and found what I wanted at Falmouth Toyota, about an hour from where we live. I worked with Rob Bonneau. He was exceedingly pleasant and easy to work with. Very informative and patient when explaining all the bells and whistles of our new car. We discussed other additional items like paint treatments and extended warranties with Jared, who explained our options thoroughly but did not pressure us into anything. Buying a new car can be very stressful but they made the process pretty darn easy. I would highly recommend Rob at Falmouth Toyota to friends and others who are looking to buy a new car. More
