I really wasn't anxious to look at new cars since I had two months left on my current Toyota lease. In fact, I was shocked in a pleasant way and was so thankful I had let myself take advantage of the opportunity. My sales person, Anthony Stagnone, proved to be an honest likable person that I would recommend to anyone. He made me comfortable and did not disappoint in terms of what he was able to offer. Falmouth Toyota has the best service department I have ever used. They are friendly, accomodating, reasonably priced, will actually tell you if what you wanted isn't really necessary (I asked for 4 new t ever used. I was really pleased with my salesperson, but was not pleased at all with the way my 4runner was delivered to me. I've purchased a dozen new vehicles in my life & this was the worst delivery I have ever pleased at all with the way my 4runner was delivered to me. I've purchased a dozen new vehicles in my life & this was the worst delivery I have ever had. The vehicle was not cleaned well, in fact I don't think that it was hand waxed. There was sand on all of the seats, no mats in the vehicle, sand on the floor, some tape and threads on the floor, tape that hadn't been taken off the center console, and some glue type substance on the hood and roof. A few days later when I washed and waxed the car I found a very small gouge & ding on the passenger side quarter & scratches in several places on the vehicle that I was able to buff out (with some elbow greese and compound). The dealer was very friendly overall, gave me a good price on my new vehicle and trade, but the delivery and subsequent dealings with the service department is enough for me not to recommend them. It would be unlikely that I will return here for another car or for service in the future. More

We narrowed down to 2 vehicles and would have bought from Falmouth Toyota, but chose the other vehicle for its options and transmission and the other dealer offered a better deal on our trade. After a BAD experience at Route 44 Toyota (Bait and Switch, of which the add for the sold truck is still on the internet 2wks later), I went to Falmouth Toyota. I said what I wanted for a truck and price and we came to an agreement. For my trade in I found Route 44 had STOLEN my registration. They never asked for it, just took it and I HAD BEEN DRIVING WITHOUT IT. Stay away from Route 44 Toyota. Falmouth Toyota was good to deal with. I chose to wait a week to pick up the truck and it could have been serviced during that week but they did wait till the day I came and I waited an exta 2hrs. Could have been better but I did buy there and I'm happy with the truck. More
