We purchased Toyota 4Runner through Falmouth Toyota a week ago, and we can tell it was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We live North of Boston, and, after few disappointing visits to local dealers, we found the car we were interested in on cars.com. We contacted the dealership and got immediate response from Craig. The whole negotiation was done through emails and phone calls, and on the next day we drove to the cape to finalize the deal. The customer and financial service we received at the dealership were outstanding. Both Craig and Amy were very pleasant and professional and they had handled the transaction in the best way possible. We wish more dealerships were like Falmouth Toyota. We would recommend it to anyone. More
