When I returned the following week to purchase a car, Ronnie was out sick. Ken Collings assisted me with the sale, answered all of my questions, and showed me all of the features of the Corolla. He went above and beyond all expectations and was the epitome of professionalism. Peter, the Business Manager quickly arranged financing and thoroughly covered all details in the loan closing. John O'Keefe, the tech wizard, programmed telephone numbers for me and explained all the technical information. Our experience with Sales Consultant David Digravio, couldn't have been better. Without exerting any pressure, he laid out possible options from used to new, worked up $ figures on all the options I was interested in , and invited me to test drive as many cars as I liked. We received a great deal, with more than expected on our trade, and we were able to take advantage of the excellent end of the year values including two years free maintenance on the new Rav. We highly recommend both the dealership and its service department, where we have taken all our cars for the past twenty years, as well as David Digravio for sales. His service was outstanding, courteous, supportive, while giving us the information we needed to make an informed choice. More

We live North of Boston, and, after few disappointing visits to local dealers, we found the car we were interested in on cars.com. We contacted the dealership and got immediate response from Craig. The whole negotiation was done through emails and phone calls, and on the next day we drove to the cape to finalize the deal. The customer and financial service we received at the dealership were outstanding. Both Craig and Amy were very pleasant and professional and they had handled the transaction in the best way possible. We wish more dealerships were like Falmouth Toyota. The service department has always been helpful and timely, resolving any issues with our two Toyota vehicles when they occurred. We appreciate the fact that the owner is visible and available and makes a point of engaging customers. My experience with Falmouth Toyota and my salesman Brian Nascarella were excellent. Brian was not only helpfull answering my numerous questions but, was also quick to follow up on my requests. Prompt call backs were deffinately an issue with off Cape dealers in particular, sometimes taking two days to call back. Aditionally Brian was very clear about prices, fees and costs; were they came into play and how they effected my payment and costs at signing. This was another area that I had difficulty with big name off Cape dealers there enitial vehicle prices were lower, but they were vague or not forthcoming about the other costs that came into play with the purchase. These fees and how they were payed ultimately made their price higher. Overall my experiance was great, no buyer regrets, and will deffinately be contacting Falmouth Toyota for my next Toyota purchase. More
