This is our third Toyota that we have purchased from Falmouth Toyota and Ron. The entire staff at Falmouth Toyota made our recent purchase a great experience, not only Ron, but John who explained the service on the vehicle, and Peter who worked with us on the financing. You feel as if they are a team! I also know that when it comes time to bring my new vehicle in for its first service that Taylor and the rest of the service team will be as accomodating and supportive as they've been with our other vehicles. We were greeted warmly by Anthony and felt very comfortable with him. He is very professional, kind and courteous - not a hint of pushy which was what we were used to in purchasing a car in the pas comfortable with him. Falmouth Toyota was second dealership I visited with my parents when looking for a car. We were rushed to purchase a vehicle because my current car had failed. After feeling we were being pushed around by another dealership also on the auto mile we left and arrived at Falmouth Toyota, to my dad's pleasure the prices were listed on the cars and he had a place to park (unlike the other dealership). We went inside and were greeted by Steve. He immediately asked what we were looking for and set to work scanning through the inventory to find possible matches for us. After selecting a few for us to see we headed to the car lot where he showed us the Camrys that met our criteria. As a student with only part-time employment the payment was one of my biggest worries. I had said $200/mo. was the top of my price range and to my amazement he came back with $175 a month (the other dealership gave me options of $215 and $225, another reason we felt pushed), but not at Toyota! They also have the lowest dock fee in N.E. (again my dad loved that!) The next day we picked up the car in the afternoon, and the following day I returned for my sticker. The staff was so nice and helpful and were willing to work with us and our individual circumstances. I felt safe buying a car here and in five years when it's payed off I plan to return to trade it in. Thank you for an exceptional experience. Incredibly professional establishment. More
Excellent experience working with David Digravio. He put us in the car that was appropriate to our needs. He was honest and made the overall experience painless. I think any other sales person or dealership for that matter would have jumped at the opportunity to sell 2 cars on the spot. Instead, David put our current needs first and only sold us one car. If you want honesty when purchasing a new vehicle then ask for David Digravio. He will put you in exactly what you need. More
I was extremely pleased with my car-buying experience with Falmouth Toyota and Anthony Spagone. I am always leary of heading into a dealership and held an assumption of being greeted by the stereotypica with Falmouth Toyota and Anthony Spagone. I am always leary of heading into a dealership and held an assumption of being greeted by the stereotypical not-to-be trusted car salesman. Not the case with Falmouth Toyota. When I stepped into the dealership, I was introduced to a Anthony. Anthony was very professional - asked me what I was looking for and guided me to the vehicle that met my needs (I knew I wanted to look at a Highlander and the features but not which model - SE or luxury, etc) After a test drive, he sat me down to address any questions. No pressure - clearly wanted to make sure I walked out understanding all I wanted to about the Highlander (I was also looking at Honda product). It took me a few days to get back to Anthony and I was surprised he wasn't hunting me down with phone calls (as the Honda dealer was). Once we agreed to what I felt was a very fair deal for the Highlander, Anthony introduced me to Amy to complete the financing. Amy was also very professional. On the day of pick up, as I waited briefly for Anthony to finish with another customer, two other staff asked me if I was being helped (not in a pushy way but clearly wanted to be certain a customer was attended to) [Mr. Murphy must be very selective in who he hires and also must have guidelines for how customers are treated.] My insurance company was not quick and, as a result, the final transaction and pick up took longer than we expected. Anthony was very patient and did all he could to help move the transaction along (contacting the insurance co. a couple times). During the day of pick up, Anthony also took the time to sit me in my new vehicle and walk me through the various features (including helping me set up the bluetooth) which I greatly appreciated. He also showed me the books, including a quick reference one - in case I didn't remember all he went over. Throughout the whole process, Anthony also made sure my kids and I were comfortable (offering drinks, muffins, etc). He made my girls feel so comfortable that they wanted to know when we could go back to see Anthony. I selected Falmouth Toyota after listening to two neighbors and their positive experience with Falmouth Toyota (one with sales, the other with service). I will now continue to go to Falmouth Toyota based on my own positive experience and will likely influence family and friends to do the same when they hear of the professional, customer-service focused Falmouth Toyota. Everything about the sales end the RAV 4 was extremely positive, where Falmouth Toyota fell short was on the trade in value of our automobile. Since I had no plan to actually buy a car on my first visit I hadn't researched the value of our car. I don't know how much negotiating room Ken has in these matters but in retrospect I will be more prepared in the future. More
