In my opinion the most important thing that separates Falmouth Toyota from the many other dealerships in the region is customer service, and I say this from experience. They're focused like a laser beam on making you happy. The first time I stepped into the dealership the first person I met was Tony Martino. It was a busy day at the dealership, but Tony immediately took the time to help me. He carefully listened to my concerns, inspected my old vehicle, and expertly explained the remedy. His attitude and professionalism gave me great confidence in the dealership. So, much so that I decided to buy a new vehicle. He introduced me to Jack Moloney in the sales department. Jack Moloney spent hours showing me the various models of the truck I was interested in and taking me on test drives. There was never any pressure to buy and I never felt rushed. He went out of his way to match me with a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. Working with Jack was like working with a close family member. His friendly personality and vast experience made buying a new vehicle fun, and I never thought I'd say buying a vehicle could be fun! And the price I was quoted on the new vehicle should not be under stated. It was better than the price I had found in all my research. Peter Cavicchi, the business manager, clearly explained the purchase process and prepared all the necessary paper work. He explained all the extra warranty items available but did not pressure me to buy anything. He was very informative and his calm demeaner in my opinion makes him the perfect business manager. There are other dealerships out there with good people, but I think that Falmouth Toyota has a great team. And the team at Falmouth Toyota is clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The RAV 4 is the 5th Toyota I have bought from Falmouth Toyota. I first met James when he showed me a car which I was buying through another salesman who was not there at the time. Even though he was not getting the commission, he was friendly and answered all my questions. I bought that car, and have gone to James for my next 2 cars to give him the commission directly. James is lively and engaging with both my sons as well. It's a family relationship. When I'm in for service, and he comes through the room, he greets me personally and asks about the boys by name. I was having trouble deciding on exactly what to get in downsizing from my beloved 2001 Highlander,(which my younger son is now driving), and James found exactly the car for me. I love it! It fits my price range, and I am thrilled! He knew me well enough to pick, on the first try, the exact car I would love! James got my old license plate off, asked if I wanted coffee, and I feel he is always there if I need a question answered. I recommended James to my friends, the McRoberts, and they bought a car from him last month as well. More
Overall, we were pleased with our purchase, but there were a few complaints. When we got the car home, we had to remove bits of the protective plastic covering that was left on the front dash, rear cover were a few complaints. My biggest complaint was the condition of the clear coat finish on the paint, which has many fine hair like scratches. When we first viewed the car prior to buying, it was covered in yellow pollen, and on the day we took delivery, it was raining, as it did for the next 2-3 days following. Had I seen the condition of the clear coat, I would have mentioned it at the time, and possibly not accepted delivery. Either the car arrived from the plant with these scratches, which I think is unlikely, or the dealer had the car ran through the local car wash to save time, rather than having it washed by hand. I have washed and waxed it, ,which lessened the visible scratches to some extent, but I think that having the car go to the car wash is a bad policy, and was disappointing to us. More
The overall experience at Falmouth Toyota was excellent. They had answers quickly, were highly responsive, and I never felt pressured in any way. I did; but that was because I was given the information needed to make an informed decision. I will definitely return there for service as well. I recommend Falmouth Toyota and this team! More
Most of the interaction was done via email which was positive. When I called at 6:30pm to come in to test drive the vehicle, Dave seemed more concerned that I would be done by 8pm as he said 3 times in positive. When I called at 6:30pm to come in to test drive the vehicle, Dave seemed more concerned that I would be done by 8pm as he said 3 times in the conversation that the dealership closed at 8pm and would I be able to get to dealership in time. Townsend handled the emails. He did email me to postpone picking up the vehicle due to projected traffic in area which did not make sense. Tom Murphy did call me after seeing my email reply stating I did not want to postpone the pickup and he agreed to make it happen later that day. Townsend called me later to ask that I be at the dealership closer to 4pm so he could make his child care obligations. These were things I did not think needed to be put onto the customer. My wife and I did get to dealership by 4:15pm and we still needed to wait for paperwork, etc. Townsend also asked that we come back for the second key as he could only locate one. We requested that he find or make one and he did comply. I am still waiting for the follow up phone call that Townsend said he would make a week ago to check on how I was doing with the vehicle. On the postive side, he was personable and there was no sales pressure from any of the staff. More

Jack Moloney did a great job answering all our questions and helping find the right car for us. He did not pressure us, but followed up "inobtrusively". We had a minor issue with the panel over the airbag right after we got the car, but Jack was quick to take care of it for us. He also called us to let us know that he found the floor mats and an extra remote key and valet key for our car. We really appreciated that, since we know from past experience how $$ they are to replace if one is broken or lost! Unfortunately, the sound system went out on us 2 days later. After squeezing us into their schedule and checking it out, Rusty said they'd order us a new one. Even though it is disappointing not to have the sound system and bluetooth for a few weeks, we are pleased that Falmouth Toyota has been so responsive. All in all, so far our experiences have been very positive, and we'd recommend that others stop by and see Jack. More
