Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

The folks there are as friendly and forthcoming as one could hope for at an auto dealership. Ken Collings provided us with the best car buying exprience we have ever had. We actually enjoyed car shopping for once, love the Tundra we chose and feel like we truly got a great deal. Even though I was an out of state buyer, Ron Sjahfieldin the sales person was helpful discriptive and never once tried any pressure sales tactics. In fact no one at this dealership did! Even though I was at the dealership pricing a new Toyota van ron pointed out that they were getting a 2010 van in from a lease and would I be interested in it. I did look at it and because of how Peter Cavicchi and Ron handled the negotiations I bought the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Falmouth Toyota having purchased a Camry many years ago, switching to a larger SUV (non-Toyota), then coming back to a new Camry in 2010 and now a 2012 Rav4. I have having purchased a Camry many years ago, switching to a larger SUV (non-Toyota), then coming back to a new Camry in 2010 and now a 2012 Rav4. I have always had a great experience at Falmouth Toyota and never feel as though I have gotten anything less than excellent service and a very good deal. Everyone I have encountered, from Tom Murphy, through salespeople such as Ken Collings (who I have worked with on my last 2 Toyota purchases) and right through to their wonderful Service Department have always made it a great experience to work with them.I would highly recommend them as the place to go for Sales and Service. And no, I am not a relative!! Just a very satisfied customer!! More

This was my first time buying a new car and Jack Maloney and the Falmouth Toyota staff made it as simple and exciting as possible. Jack as a salesman was very down to earth and realistic. I was looking to lease a Camry and after doing lots of research on and off line I found Falmouth Toyota. I called and spoke with Jack Moloney in regards to a Camry they had listed. He was more than helpful and answered all my questions. I set up a test drive for the next day. Even though I live off the cape I had no problem driving the 45 minutes to get there even when there were closer dealerships. I wasn't disappointed. Jack couldn't have been anymore professional, he was very easy to talk with. He was not pushy, didn't pressure me into making a decision, and was there to answer any and all of my questions. The dealership itself was spotless. Everyone there was extremely friendly and made you feel at home. I made the decision to lease the Camry and trade in my car. A decision I am very happy with. I will be returning to the dealership for all maintenance needed for my new car. Falmouth Toyota and all their employees deserve the 5 star rating they are getting!!!! You will not be disappointed with this dealership!!! More
