In driving away in our new Highlander we were trying to think of how this dealership sets itself apart from all the others - we decided it was the philosophy which begins with the owner and is carried out by each and every employee from business manager, to sales, to service. The philosophy becomes a foundation where peoples individual talents only add to the experience. Sure little issues popped up at we could have made bigger but because we were dealing with such nice supportive people it was easy to let go. I initially went in planning on a Camry, but later changed my mind to a Rav4 because I wanted the AWD option. He was a good listener, understood what we wanted, explained available choices, and got right on finding the car we wanted at a B answered the phone.
