When I went into Falmouth Toyota, I was very apprehensive and frustrated since I had bad experiences at 2 other Toyota Dealers, and 2 other Dealers. I knew that I was not in the best situation with the 2006 and frustrated since I had bad experiences at 2 other Toyota Dealers, and 2 other Dealers. I knew that I was not in the best situation with the 2006 Corolla that I was looking to trade in, but from the second I was greeted with a smile by Jack Moloney to speaking to Amy Killoran about financing, I got the feeling they would make it work! They truly did, I told them exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier with my 2009 Tacoma! This was my first purchase from Falmouth Toyota. I was very pleased with the overall experience. John O'Keeffe was my salesperson and I would feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone to purchase very pleased with the overall experience. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and never made me feel under any pressure to buy. This was my first experience with leasing a vehicle. I only gave the price a rating of 4 because I feel that my payment was $8 - $10 a month more than I now feel that it should be. This is more my fault than the dealership because they never made me feel under any pressure to purchase. This was more my excitement of wanting a new car, I did not take the time to take the figures home and study them a little more. I have not had any experienc with the service department yet, but if they are as friendly and knowledgeable as the sales team then I believe that it should be a very positive experience also. More

Ken was extremely helpful as I was trying to decide which Toyota model to purchase (Highlander, Prius, Camry). I test drove each model on 2 different visits and Ken spent a lot of time with me answering my Toyota model to purchase (Highlander, Prius, Camry). The good reviews are NOT accurate. I have brought a couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext pipe. I had it repaired elsewhere for $200 and the repair lasted for 200,000 miles. I gave them another chance a few years later on my new Camry. Brought it in to had the rear interior light fixed, and a couple of loose screws under the dash replaced. When I got it home I noticed NOTHING had been fixed. (it was under warranty) When I brought it back, old man Murphy (the owner)accused me of lying. This place is the WORST dealership on the Cape, and should be avoided at all costs. More
