I have owned my 2004 Toyota Highlander for 8 years, purchased and serviced at Falmouth Toyota, a great service team. I just traded my Highlander for a Venza. I trusted the service department and spoke to Tony about the different cars I was going to be looking at and he suggested the Venza. I am glad I listened to him as I love my Venza and know that if I have any problems that FalmouthToyota's service department will take care of them. More

During this recent transaction; I had a budget to stay within; a specific size vehichle I needed and Matt Murphy made the numbers work, while Ron showed me the car. I had an idea of what I was looking for and Matt found the vehicle that fit my needs for the long term and within my budget. While waiting to sign the papers to pick up the new vehicle other people within the dealership offered my coffee/tea and a seat. They made conversation; it did not matter that I was not working directly with them; it was about customer service. Over the years, in working with the shop team; they are just as great. They are what keep me coming back. Toni, years ago said to me there are only a few things in life you need a few good friends and a good honest mechanic. He was right, all the service on my vehicles over the years has been with Falmouth Toyota, unless they recommend it be done elsewhere. People say the price you pay a the dealership for service is higher than at the local mechanic. My answer to that is Falmouth Toyota is my local mechanic, they know my car, they don't over charge me and they are on time and reliable. The team a Falmouth Toyota understand that customer service is the key. I plan on buying my next car there also and I will continue to have all the service done on both the cars I own there. More

I wasn't in the market for a new car, but when mine didn't pass inspection, I went in to see Jack, who is a friend of the family. I didn't have a lot of money to put down so I thought a lease would be didn't pass inspection, I went in to see Jack, who is a friend of the family. I was thinking about a Corolla, because I know they are a great and dependable car. They are also good in snow which was a plus for me after being in a Jeep for the past 18 years. The payment came out to be much less than I had anticipated, and Amy was great to deal with in finance as well. She went over every detail, and since I live in RI I had to go to the DMV myself, but even though it was her day off, she called me several times to talk me through anything that she thought might come up while I was registering the car. All in all I had a great experience. I am going to send as many people as I can down to their dealership to purchase or lease a new or used car. More

I went into Falmouth Toyota with a specific idea of what I wanted. I presented this to Anthony. I also had a not so ideal trade in that had negative equity. LOL) Some of my colleagues encouraged me to try Falmouth Toyota, and what a difference! I found respectful, knowlegable staff who actualy listen to the customer instead of trying to hard sell them. Thanks to Peter C. for going the extra mile in seeking financing, and Jack M's "no pressure" salesmanship, I was able to purchase a 2010 Camry with low mileage that is backed by a Toyota Certified Vehicle Service Agreement. Ken was great, great when I bought the truck, great when I picked it up. I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma to tow a camper but never have had either vehicle. I live about 80 miles from the dealership.
