Having bought many cars over the years, new and used, I would have to rate this as my most enjoyable experience (who knew it could be enjoyable). They went the extra mile (when I went to see a car, it was parked right out front...all warmed up.) There was no pressure to buy; no "this deal is only good today"; no annyoing calls and emails; and the trade-in value seemed fair based on all my research. David took all the time needed to answer questions...in other words he made it easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone...oh, and ask for David Digravio. More

I had reached out to Steve last spring about my lease trade in options and I so appreciated his honesty in the fact that I with my sales experience. So I contacted Steve this fall and he quickly ran numbers for me on the two different vehicles I was interested in and took a test drive. The time wasn't quite right yet for me but a month later I was ready and Steve was able to get all the paper work done for me over the phone. He found the exact car I wanted to lease and had it ready for me a week later. All I had to do was quickly meet with Amy to sign papers and the car was mine. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need or want. They were up front with exact numbers and worked with my budget. It was truly the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I have ever had. The previous place I bought from kept asking to talk to my husband when I would tell them I didn't want what they were trying to sell me, like I was too stupid to make these decisions myself. I was the one buying the car, and I know what I need and want. I was so thrilled with Steve and the entire staff at Falmouth Toyota.
