I have been a customer of Falmouth Toyota since 1992. I have bought 5 new cars from David and I have had my cars serviced there as well. I have purchased 4 Camrys and 1 Avalon. My newly purchased 2013 Camr have bought 5 new cars from David and I have had my cars serviced there as well. I have purchased 4 Camrys and 1 Avalon. My newly purchased 2013 Camry XLE 4 cylinder is a wonderful car! Drive one if you can and you will see. I added the navi with entunes which works quite well. The smart key is so easy and so secure! David is a wonderful salesman. Most importantly, David knows the Toyota products; he knows how they run and why their features are better than the competition. I test drove the Honda Accord which was nice, but, it simply did not compare to the Camry XLE with its engineering and luxury interior. David will work with you on your trade-in and get the best price for you. I would not keep going back otherwise! Service is very good and their pricing is better than some other Toyota dealerships. I found a friendly and non-pushy used car buying experience. My wife and I went into Falmouth Toyota last Saturday looking for a used vehicle. As we walked in the door we were greeted by Ian Nixon who ended up showing us around and helping us to find a vehicle to looking for a used vehicle. As we walked in the door we were greeted by Ian Nixon who ended up showing us around and helping us to find a vehicle to meet our family's needs. Ian was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was very patient as we took a few cars for a test drive. After spending a couple hours we decided we were not ready to make any decisions. We were told that we should take our time that no decisions needed to be made today. It was a very positive experience. After a couple days we called Ian and told him we had made our decision to buy a used certified Camry. We arranged a time this week that worked with our schedules to complete the paperwork and take delivery of the car. Having been through the car buying process with other dealers I prepared myself for what I expected to by a 2 - 3 hr process to take delivery of the car. To my surprise we were in and out in under an hour driving our new car home. All the paperwork was ready, we signed the financing agreement, Ian gave us a tour of the new vehicle features and we were on our way. It was a great experience. I have honestly waited longer at other dealerships to have my oil changed during a scheduled appointment. Great experience, great deal. Thanks Ian, Amy and Matt. More

Car dealerships are not expected to be very effective when it comes to treating the customer fairly and with professionalism - and I expected Falmouth Toyota to be typical. But I was wrong. Ken Collings, when it comes to treating the customer fairly and with professionalism - and I expected Falmouth Toyota to be typical. But I was wrong. Ken Collings, my salesperson, was professional, honest, low pressure oriented, and overall someone I not only would buy a vehicle from, but would actually have a beer with in his off-hours. And I don't just drink with anyone!! I was interested in possibly leasing a Toyota, but didn't know all the nuances of such an arrangement. Ken took the time to explain the pros and cons and carefully helped me consider my decision. I was most appreciative of this treatment. The whole experience wasn't hurried, and i ultimately ended up leasing a Venza from the dealership. Once the sale was made, he didn't shuttle me off to the financial trust of the dealer, but hung with me the whole way. And he negotiated honestly and fairly on my trade. I felt I knew what my trade was worth, and Ken came darned close. While I haven't experienced the service center yet, I am confident they will also be capable and professional. Overall, my experience was very positive, probably the best I have ever had. Being 65 years of age, I have purchased my share of vehicles, so that is saying something. I would and will recommend Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings to my friends and family. More
