We called Falmouth Toyota after hearing good reports about this dealership. Our first contact was with Coby. (I forget exactly what happened dur'ing this conversation.) Then, some days later, we received a telephone call from Keith Stanger, Manager of Falmouth. We asked about dealer incentives & discussed what we were looking for. After some very pleasant & accomodating conversation between Keith, myself & my husband, we agreed to give a $500.00 refundable deposit via credit card and were told that we would be hearing from them as soon as they located the particular car we were interested in. Immediately, after this agreement, we received a confirmation email, "recapping" exactly what we had agreed to. Much to our surprise, the car we requested arrived in Falmouth within 48 hours of this last conversation. "The rest is history!". Needless to say, I enjoyed completing all the necessary paperwork together with indulging in their complimentary coffee & cookies! Coby provided us with patient, friendly & knowledgeable help during both of our visits. He is a fantastic salesperson! Thanks go to Falmouth Toyota for their fine, professional and "non-pressure" type business. Not good at names, but the kind gentleman that we dealt with in the business office to finalize our contract was very efficient and pleasant to work with. Ian was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Before we leased a 2013 Highlander, he pointed out that a revised 2014 model would be coming out in a few months. I've had an excellent experience with Ken Collings at Falmouth Toyota. I had been to 3 other dealers and called/ e-mailed 4 more. Ken told me how it was and worked with me honestly. Here there weren't any. I bought my truck for exactly what we agreed on. I wasn't going to finance through the dealer, but I was pleasantly surprised that they beat my credit unions interest rate. When we signed all the papers the dealer fees were the least expensive of all the one I looked at. There were no hidden costs or fees and no pressure to buy silly added extras. I highly recommend Mr. Collings to anyone interested in buying a car. More
