I have my dog with me and they were so nice about letting Max in the waiting room. Just for the fun of it they took a picture of the dog and I in front of a new car that we liked. When I go to buy my fifth Subaru I definitely will go to Fairway!! More

He addressed our questions and concerns and even came in on his day off to help complete our purchase. To top it off he took us out to a wonderful lunch after we sealed the deal. Dan is a kind and generous man. I would highly recommend this dealer. The entire team of men and women at Fairway seem to be like minded. AWESOME Experience! Thank You Fairway. Also many thanks to Harry and Mike. You all help make it possible 😍 More
Evan Ward's Misdirection and Mistreatment of a Women Buyer Evan Ward tried to sell us a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Vehicle that had significant paint chipping which exceeded the parameters of what should have b Evan Ward tried to sell us a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Vehicle that had significant paint chipping which exceeded the parameters of what should have been approved as a CPO. During this process, Evan Ward failed to respond to phone calls in a timely manner. When we arrived at the dealership to take a test drive, Evan Ward ignored the primary purchaser who was a woman. He refused to even leave his office area at her scheduled test drive appointment. We believe that it was because children accompanied her, and he felt that she was not the primary decision maker. When all of this was brought to his attention, he attempted to have the vehicle repaired so we could purchase it. He then demanded a $500 non-refundable payment to simply hold the vehicle while the Dealership honored the Subaru Vehicle Inspection Checklist requirements. We made it very clear our intention to purchase this vehicle with cash at the point in which the Subaru CPO checklist was honored. We also made if very clear that if this was going to be an issue, we would be happy to provide a deposit on the vehicle or work out whatever arrangement was fair to all parties. Evan Ward refused to honor this verbal agreement with us or communicate while he colluded with Howie Szczepanski and Harry New to sell the vehicle to another party. Harry New was more interested in selling the car "as-is" instead of repairing the vehicle per Subaru CPO guidelines. Evan Ward then refused to return phone-calls or update us in any manner after the vehicle was sold. At the end of the experience, Evan Ward made no apology. He also took a phonecall from us on his phone in front of another customer to laugh at our situation. When we arrived at the Dealership for an explanation, he made no offer to assist us with rectifying the situation and falsely accused us of using profanity. This is was entirely unprofessional and sad representation of the Subaru brand. This dealership pits customers against each other to drive pricing, and to perpetuate an unfavorable experience rooted in unethical sales practices. Do yourself a favor and take you business elsewhere. More

I told t On my second visit to the dealership, I was ready to buy a Forester. The price for their car was fine but their offer for my vehicle was low. I told the salesperson I would take mine to Carmax and sell it there. He said OK and to call him when I sold mine and he would pick me up. Carmax offered me $1,500 more than Fairway so I agreed to sell the car to them. I called the salesperson at the Subaru dealership and was sent to voicemail. Next, I called the manager and got voicemail so I got a ride home and the next morning I called Vic Bailey Subaru. A salesman drove 45 minutes to pick me up, was a straight shooter and I bought a Forester. The new car manager was also extremely polite. Different vibe... I am not upset, just a bit disappointed with the way I was handled. More
The 4 stars go to Daniel My Subaru Forester is part of a lot of Subarus that have a manufacturing defect in the short block. I've been going there to solve the issue and claim warranty and I had to speak with the Service Managers, Daniel and Barry. Daniel is simply awesome!!! Kind, clear in providing information, very understanding and easy to talk to. My 4 stars go straight to him. The front desk ladies are just OK, and Barry should learn some manners and basic customer service principles. More
Decent vehicle, inadequate service department Bought our first and last Subaru from this dealership. 2015 Outback Limited. Brand new car and the fuel door won't open about 85% of the time. Of cour Bought our first and last Subaru from this dealership. 2015 Outback Limited. Brand new car and the fuel door won't open about 85% of the time. Of course it's a factory defect, call and am told they've seen hundreds of new Subarus with this issue. Now comes the problem with this dealership. Service department is deplorable. You have a car with a fuel door that won't open and you call up and it's 3 or 4 days before you can get an appointment. It's always several days out before they can address any issue in their service department: emergency or routine maintenance. They must have one service bay and one mechanic. People don't always have the ability to wait several days to address issues when they come up. I've owned Honda, Lexus, Acura, Toyota even Dodge products and every one of those dealerships you could call in the morning and have your car seen the same day. When you do get there they act like you should be grateful they even agreed to see you. They were arrogant and condescending when we arrived slightly early and asked if they could go ahead and take the car, "we'll honor your original appointment time only". As I said, back to Acura or Lexus asap. No more Mickey Mouse service departments. More
