Our connection with Fairway Subaru, and Gene Kendrick in particular was based on a rather long, information-driven automobile search. From our first meeting with Gene, my wife and I were treated with respect and integrity. In fact, how we were treated at our first visit had everything to do with our return and eventual purchase. Upon meeting Gene, my first words were, "We are not buying a car today, we are simply looking for information." His immediate response was a smile and a statement affirming his commitment to provide the information we wanted. As an educator, I appreciated Gene's commitment to not "sell" me a car, but to provide the relevant information that my wife needed to make a reasoned decision. At every point along the way (a process of a few months) we were provided with plenty of "space" to ask questions and consider our options; we were never rushed. The phrase, "So, what can I do to get you into this car today?" never came close to being a component of our deliberations. I can confidently say that we have never had such a positive experience in a car-purchasing experience as we did with Fairway Subaru and specifically Gene Kendrick. And we absolutely love our new Outback! More

We purchased our Subaru Outback in July 2012. It was by far the best new car purchase we have experienced. Since that time we have had our car in for regular service, our service has been outstanding. We e far the best new car purchase we have experienced. We even called service not long after the purchase because the engine light came on while we were on our way home from FL. They walked us through the problem and help put us at ease. Turned out that on one of our fill-ups at the gas station we failed to tighten the gas cap properly. Problem fixed. Overall - great experience. In the future we plan to purchase another Subaru for our son - this dealership is where we will go. More
We purchased our 2005 Outback new from Fairway Subaru and were impressed with the sales experience. Since that time we have been very happy with the service department. Most recently (today) I scheduled t were impressed with the sales experience. Since that time we have been very happy with the service department. Most recently (today) I scheduled the car for an oil change and was informed that it was also time to change the air conditioning (AC) and interior air filter. I requested that both be done and then called back prior to the appointment to request that only the oil change be completed (we would do the AC filter later). Accidentally, during the appointment the AC filter was in fact changed, but Daniel in the service department did not charge me for it. That's a fine example of great customer service! On another occasion over a year ago, we had an expensive service issue come up about the same time as our 60K service. Barry was able to find a way to save us money b/c (if my memory serves me correctly) two of the maintenance items required the same labor to complete, so they only charged us one time. It took Barry's attention to detail, customer focus and thorough knowledge of Subaru service to catch that. I was also able to postpone some of the 60K service until the next oil change which enabled us to spread out the expense. So a belated online thank you to Barry! More
We were looking to purchase a new Legacy Limited for my wife for the two reason that; all of our past Subaru's have been top notch in winter weather driving, and that she fell in love with the new body sty wife for the two reason that; all of our past Subaru's have been top notch in winter weather driving, and that she fell in love with the new body styling of the car. We had painstaking gone to ever Subaru dealer in North Eastern PA and the Lehigh Valley looking for the best price possible and by far Fairway beat all the others. Lou Mauro was such an impressive and excellent sales person, that we ended up purchasing my son an Impreza that had just come back from a lease and a new Forester for myself less than a year after our original purchase. Their service department is extremely accommodating as well. We will never buy a vehicle any where else. More

Opening doors, Knew our names, Had our Paperwork prepared, even a doggy treat for our pet Labrador !! Our service was timely, complete, and competent. These guys know how to deliver CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I will look forward to returning witha smile, and am happy to recommend them to others... and as they said when we left... welcome to Greenville !!... Great Job. More
