They were pleasant and prompt in completing the 6,000 mile scheduled maintenance on my 2020 Ascent. department and I had a very pleasant experience. And I was absolutely delighted that Fairway didn’t attempt to up-sell additional “dealer-recommended” services. This Is something that has frequently happened over the years with other service departments. Lastly, I was having trouble updating the navigation system software. They did this for me at no charge.
