I have always had a good experience at Fairway Suburu until today when I had my 2018 Suburu Outback in for a 43K service where they replaced oil and fluids, filter and did a tire rotation. All went until today when I had my 2018 Suburu Outback in for a 43K service where they replaced oil and fluids, filter and did a tire rotation. All went well until I left the dealership and felt like my back passenger tire was hitting something and was wobbly. It was not right and pulled over to see if I could determine what was wrong. Could see anything. Pulled on the tire and it did not move. But knew it was not right so turned around back to the dealership and told the service manager that the wheel seemed to wobble as if the lug nuts were not tightened after the tire rotation. He said a lug nut was broken and that may be the cause - I said it may have broken on the way back to the dealership. (It was not my fault!) In any event they would look at it - replace the broken lug and fix it free. All good other than more time at the dealership. My interest here in leaving one star is because if the car was road tested before giving it back to me they would have found it immediately and I want to alert management to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else as I was ready to go on the expressway in a bit and then it could have been a disaster and I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It has shaken my confidence a bit after this experience and hope this review is taken in a positive opportunity for improvements. Thanks!! More
