very poor follow up service from salesman, Byron Chivers The vehicle I bought was a demo and had a sticky substance on the back seat that Bryron said would be taken care of when they detailed the vehicle. T The vehicle I bought was a demo and had a sticky substance on the back seat that Bryron said would be taken care of when they detailed the vehicle. That was never done. Then I was told that they would call me the first week to set up an appointment to have the lift painted where the paint was chipped off and no one called. Then the following Saturday, Byron was given the information to call and set up an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in and someone would take me to work and come an get me. I was left stranded at my job for two hours after missing two hours work by dropping my car off in the morning, and when someone finally picked me up, and I arrived back at the dealership, the work on my vehicle was never done, due to the man not showing up to paint it. All of this should have been confirmed before putting me through all of this. I still haven't heard from Byron, the work and the PolySteel still are not done and needless to say I am not a happy customer. More

David was very helpful, and although they were fairly busy, they got me taken care of I stopped in to see if I could get fit in for an oil change. Their price was really fair and everything on my mustang (second one I have bought from them), was clean where oil would be handled. If you run the prices it's hard to beat them on oil changes, whether it's a national chain or doing it yourself. I have had service done in the past working with Isaac, including performance part installations. He and the Service Technicians have taken good care of me and my car. More

Lose the doc fees! I was overall happy with my experience and Charlie was great! When I questioned these fees I was told that everybody pays them regardless of circumstances (aka me doing my own titling and leg work made no difference) and that if they were audited they would get in hot water with someone or another.
