Ginny went the extra mile! I had a issue which involved the rear window defroster. Initially it appeared that it would not be covered even though I had the premium Ford warranty I had a issue which involved the rear window defroster. He took it upon himself to investigate the issue and found a way to have it covered under warranty and called to let me know. The window was replaced and I just want to say thanks Vinny. More
