Kudos to Kevin and many others at Fairway Ford Service Team. My Daughter had a mechanical breakdown. Towed her car in at 1om and fixed same day. Thank you guys so much and made this Dad's day easy. They did not take care of their problem I bought a 2015 Explorer from them and 2 months later it would not crank. They told me it would be 1,100.00 job for a fuel pump problem. I went over t I bought a 2015 Explorer from them and 2 months later it would not crank. They told me it would be 1,100.00 job for a fuel pump problem. I went over to pick it up and they made me pay 115.00 for the diagnostic test. The same test that C&C automotive did and Precision Auto did on it and it would not show up any codes. They did not make me pay for that. The Explorer had this problem when they sold it to me. SHAME on them!!! Precision Auto is helping me now in North Augusta. They will only make me pay for what they fix. Good people in North Augusta. More
Parts Department The battery on my key fin was dying, so I took it into the dealership because I couldn’t figure out how to pull my fob apart. Service department I would not recommend that you get your Lincoln vehicle serviced here under any circumstance. Over the course of three months they had my MKT for all I would not recommend that you get your Lincoln vehicle serviced here under any circumstance. Over the course of three months they had my MKT for all but 7 of those days trying to fix one issue. The vehicle was still under warranty at the time. The problems were 1. We are understaffed 2. We don’t normally service Lincoln vehicle so we ordered the wrong part 3. If you give us a five star review we will take care of you on the back end 4. I know we said you can have it by the end of the week but we just couldn’t get it done so maybe before the end of next week 5 “I would like to know how your service experience was at fairway ford” after they called me each month for the last three months. Guess what my answer was this time. Yep you guessed it. More
