Been back 5x for same issue. NO COURTESY CAR! Let’s start by saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with my Jeep before I brought it to this dealership for a Chrysler mandated computer update. Let’s start by saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with my Jeep before I brought it to this dealership for a Chrysler mandated computer update. Immediately leaving the dealership my check engine light illuminated. I had to schedule a time to bring it back and they ran a diagnostics and determined it was due to the update installed on my vehicle. No big deal... what transpires afterwards is why I’m giving the rating I am. Fast forward several weeks, 5 different trips to the dealership (and counting since the issue is still unresolved) and almost $500 out of my own pocket, this service department is still no where closer to resolving the issue, all the while overtly willing to take my money to fix things that were obviously not the issue. You would think they would at least offer me a vehicle to drive in the meantime, but every time I ask, I get the same response; they’re not authorized to give me a rental and they don’t have any courtesy cars available. I have even asked the service manager to elevate this request to his boss and still no vehicle. Its extremely hard to sacrifice an entire day off work to sit for 4ish hours in a dealership waiting room. At the end of the day my CEL is still illuminated and this service department doesn’t really care to fix the issue since I’ve been waiting a week now for the service manager to call me back. Thank you so much for your “top-notch” customer service! More
