Did not keep their word in sales agreement Traveled 3 hrs, as we were driving thru on vacation, asked to view vehicle at watertown location 7/3/19 that was listed online at this specified locat Traveled 3 hrs, as we were driving thru on vacation, asked to view vehicle at watertown location 7/3/19 that was listed online at this specified location. Notified later by George at Alex bay location that he has it ready at Alex bay location 1/2 hour in opposite direction! Hmmm. He became rude and outright told me if I wanted to view it at watertown I needed to have watertown fx go get it! I talked to mgr at watertown and a few hrs later able to view it. Signed papers before closing, agreed to a few repairs & updates. Agreed to close deal at noon on 7/5 and had different salesman. We waited for hours in limbo on 7/5 & didnt close til 6:30pm after being there for hours with our 3 young children and 3 hr drive ahead. After signing papers it was realized that NONE of agreed upon repairs & updates were done (finding 2nd key that was in vehicle listing photo and may or may not still be at alex bay , bedliner, alignment). All of these were put in writing. We drove home exhausted. They came & got it a few weeks later which was nice except they didnt tell me what time they were coming, and kept our truck an entire week for repairs that could be done in a day or 2, I had to call daily to remind them as they seemed to be in no hurry to work on it. Then returned it without my 2nd key! Now, after over 3 months, exactly 30 texts and multiple phone calls later to salesman and mgr, still no 2nd key. Prices seemed good but overall disorganized and unreliable More

Good deal not do good service There were some issues with the truck that was not an issue but when the air conditioning did not work they told me to come in.
