2008 Jeep repair Certain aspects of the service were Great. We had to have the jeep towed in and somehow they were able to squeeze it in between other calls to fix t Certain aspects of the service were Great. We had to have the jeep towed in and somehow they were able to squeeze it in between other calls to fix the two issues that we had with it. One was that it wouldn't start and our mechanic thought it was a module or something. The other was the remote starter all of a sudden stopped working. we were in a hurry when we picked it up, and unfortunately didn't test the remote starter. When we finally did, it still didn't work. We called back and the day before Thanksgiving, understandably were put off until Monday (which is fine because this is in no way an emergency situation ), but I was just disappointed that it wasn't fixed the first time. Even if they thought they fixed it obviously they didn't test it thoroughly. More
