Unorganized and chaotic!! The sale was so pathetic I can’t beleive I went through with it. It took five days for me to pick up truck as it was. Salesman lied to me about the delivery part muLtiple times. I lost out on work because of the extra trips there. And as far as service, 1 of the 2 reasons I went there were never addressed.and the other reason I have to go take care of my self. And I over heard them say they fixed a recall I had no idea I had. Without any paperwork for what was done I really have no idea what they did. I didn’t receive anything.thisbis just the tip of the iceberg of what I went through on buying and service. I can tell you I will never buy from you again nor will anyone I know. I have since bought a brand new 2019 car for the wife...which is lost business for you. And as far as a new work van for my business you will not be getting that sale either. More
