When my vehicle was done the girl at cash desk was talking to a friend behind me. The guy at counter was cashing me out and didn’t even speak to me took my debit card and talked to girl behind me entire time? When I went to leave my car was blocked in had to go back in and asked told them they just sat there?? Guy from garage came over and asked me what was wrong. He had to go find keys and moved vehicle so I could leave!! I never had his problem at Caprara Honda!! Also the price for an oil change way too high. More

Regular service appointment that wasn’t finiahed Took truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and warranty work. The technician did not reset the oil life monitor upon completion of the oil change Took truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and warranty work. The technician did not reset the oil life monitor upon completion of the oil change so I hope the work was completed. I reset the monitor myself. I could tell the technician rotated the tires though because on the way home my tire pressure monitor ayatem came on to tell me the rear tires only had 60 psi, which is the front tire psi requirement. Upon inspection at home the technician did rotate the tires but did not adjust any of the air pressure so I spent about 15 minutes of my time filling the rear tires to 80 psi and deflating the front to 60 psi based on MOPAR requirements although I think my twenty dollar rotation should cover that work. Lastly, I noticed a greasy oil smell in my truck and found the source. An oily rag had been shoved between the front seat and console and forgotten. So now I have a new shop rag, at least that was a bargain. 100 dollars spent and I still had to finish the job. More

Rude person at customer service I brought my car in for service. The person helping me with checking in was helpful and got my car in fast,but when I went to pay I had a question abo I brought my car in for service. The person helping me with checking in was helpful and got my car in fast,but when I went to pay I had a question about the bill and the girl checking me out was rude and wouldn't answer any questions or get someone else to help me. So I payed my bill and left. I don't want to go back again to have service there. More
Diagnose possible transmission problem Tech quickly diagnosed torque converter as problem. Replaced entire tranny with customer supplied rebuilt unit. Work took longer than promised. When job completed found original symptoms persisted. Eventually got vehicle back in shop. Tech now diagnosed as misfire, plugs/coils need replacement. There was a definite question in my mind that this was the real issue all along so I was troubled that I paid nearly $3000 for a tranny replacement I maybe didn’t need and was now asked to pay an additional near $400 for a tune up. I expressed my concerns to my service rep. Brian. He listened kindly and spent a bit of time explaining what was done and how they had arrived at their original diagnosis. Eventually they offered to cover the entire cost of the tune up. I did not ask for this but thought the offer more than equitable. I appreciated their resolution to the matter. More
