Unacceptable This is been a 3 week debacle with your service department. I made an appointment (2016 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman) 3 weeks ago for recalls that had to be t This is been a 3 week debacle with your service department. I made an appointment (2016 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman) 3 weeks ago for recalls that had to be taken care of and an issue I had with my truck jerking when coming to a stop. Th first visit I was told see if the “updates” take care of your issue. As soon as I pulled out of the lot, I noticed the issue was not resolved so I scheduled another appointment for the same issue. Your service department had my truck for almost a week. They narrowed it down to either the rear differential or the parking brake seized up. Finally after a week they diagnosed the issue that the parking brake was to blame. I made a special visit to speak with one of your employees and specifically told him if the brakes didn’t have to be touched please don’t I’ll take care of them at a later date , just go ahead and fix the parking brake but please call me before you do anything so I know. Two days later I get a call and they tell me my truck has been fixed and it will cost $1000. I was baffled as no one called me before they did the work. Then they tell me they replaced all four brake pads and rotors. I gave nobody permission to go ahead and change all the brakes and I thought I made that clear at my visit . Then they asked if I would just pay for parts. So being a nice guy I did you guys a favor and paid 600$ for brakes that I didn’t need. I take my truck home and noticed it was still not fixed. I called your service department that evening and told them it was still not fixed. They told me to bring it back in again. Well I can’t drop everything to keep bringing my truck in. I finally had time to drop it off today and within two hours they call me and tell me all the calipers need to be replaced. Now how in the world do Calipers all of the sudden seize up in a weeks time. If they would have test drove it the day I picked it up they would have known the issue was not fixed. They claim there was no issue with the calipers at the last visit. I find that very hard to believe and very suspicious as I called that very evening and told them it was not fixed. I had them put the tires back on today so I can get a second opinion on the issue. I have very little faith in your service department and I have decided to never bring my truck there again. The service was unacceptable. To date I am out over $650, with no resolution to my problem. More

Got a call at 11:30 asking if we wanted a tire rotation and they were just starting the work. I was unable to pick up the vehicle until 3PM. If you have an appointment first thing in the am that doesn't mean 11:30 that is ridiculous. Also it is extremely difficult to get through to that Department. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and this service appointment was not good. Should this continue it will make me think twice about another. More
