Our new Compass I called the service center several times and was never able to get a person on the phone. I called back the next day and spoke to Bev, told her what happend and someone was on the phone with me to schedule an appointment. Camein at my scheduled time and told the service department a couple other issues I was having, 1. being the residue from the protective plastic when the vehicles come in to the dealer was left on the back window molding if they could remove it for me. 2. my lower grille was off the plastic clips, it is something we are unable to fix because of the skid plate. The reason I came in (noise when hitting bumps in the front end) turned out to be bad sway bar links which the part could not be ordered because Chrysler has not released them, so here I am driving a brand new jeep that sounds like its 20 years old. I am not happy, I feel something should have been done to remedy the problem. The detail guys were out to lunch so the residue from the protective plastic was not removed, I was asked if I would like to wait, but seeing as I drove 1.5 hours to get to the dealer, I was ready to get home. The lower grille needed to be replaced, I was told there seemed to be some impact damage, from what I am unsure as I have not been in an accident. The service rep told me he was charging me a half hour service charge to look at it, again NOT happy. I believe he ended up feeling bad for me because of all the circumstances and did not charge me the fee, but I did not leave there happy. More

Never gave up on my Jeep. I've been to two other dealerships that told me that nothing was wrong with my front suspension and FX understood that I was concerned. Had my CV Axle I've been to two other dealerships that told me that nothing was wrong with my front suspension and FX understood that I was concerned. Had my CV Axle Serviced the next day and only had to wait about two hours for the repairs to get done. Erica and Benjamin were both very friendly and kept me up to date on everything. I will be returning for another repair on my lift gate I'm just waiting on the call. Really satisfied with this dealership. More

I've bought 5 cars at Caprara's and used service numerous times. Was told the diagnostic could cost as much as $400 and than still have pay to fix the car. Service tried to tell me, always charge for diagnostic. They even wanted $50 to tell me if I needed my brakes serviced- haha. When I asked to see a manager, supposedly the manager was sick and nobody could assist. I don't mind paying a fair rate, but don't rip me off. This place is a joke now, no more home town feel anymore. More

They never asked what service I was looking for, my vehicle or any other questions, NOT ONE TIME DID ANYONE EVER CALL ME BACK. If I never have to go back to this dealer again, it will been too soon, but I'm sure I will be forced to. More

Well, no one called back Tuesday, so I called back on Wednesday morning. Again, no one in the service department answered, and the operator promised they would call me at their first opportunity. Thursday morning I called once more, and again gave the operator my number. Finally someone called me back and we set up my appointment. More
