Faulty Rotors I took my car in for an oil change, and I asked them to find out why my car was shaking when I applied the brakes. They told me my front rotors and b I took my car in for an oil change, and I asked them to find out why my car was shaking when I applied the brakes. They told me my front rotors and brakes needed replacing., so I gave them the ok to replace them. When I drove away I realized the shaking was still there, so I returned. They then had a mechanic test drive my car to verify the shaking was still there. Then they replaced the rotors, and checked a bunch of other things trying to find the problem. To cut the story short, 28 hours, and one horrible smelling dog hair filled loaner car later, my car was finished. When I picked it up, I was told that they had received a bad batch of rotors, and that was why they had issues fixing my car. They did replace both the front and rear rotors on my car searching for the issue, at no additional cost, so that made the wait and inconvenience a little easier to get over. I was not as happy with the gentlemen I saw at the end of the sale as he was trying to push other protections and plans (warranty and scratch protection) that I was just not interested in and he made me feel stupid for not considering them. However on line frequent. They fixed it. The biggest issue is there is several small rust spots staff said it it from big trucks really.
