Overpriced Key I came in to have a key made for my 2012 Jeep wrangler. Customer service was great! Can't complain there. They were very helpful, got it done in a timely manner too. However, to have a key made is extremely overpriced, $186.00 to have a key made. And no it was not a key fob. A key with a tiny computer chip in it. Unfortunately Jeep has the monopoly on having this kind of key made. It took 30 minutes to program, I got charged 95.00 (per hour) service charge (they didn't even bother to reduce the service fee since it only took a half hour) and 80.00 for the key. Just outrageous!! More

Need to hire more associates in service dept. It took me a few days of calling and at least an hour on hold (over multiple calls) to get an appointment a few weeks later. I arrived on time, but still had to wait about 15 minutes at their service desk to check in my vehicle. The lounge area where I waited was very no frills, but at least the work was completed in a timely manner. I found a weird piece of sharp metal on the floor of my vehicle near where the service was performed. Besides that, at least all employees were very hard working, polite, and professional. I would probably not recommend or go there again if there was another dealership within reasonable distance; and I haven't tried others, so I couldn't say if those would be better or worse. More
