I had the most lovely experience in purchasing this cute little FIAT. Actually it was quite fun dealing with Lisa Anastas who is both knowledgeable, the consummate professional, friendly and pleasant with little FIAT. Lisa made my purchasing transaction both "painless" and "easy". I felt she really cared about me and seems to really enjoy her work. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. Lisa even helped me choose the best color of those available; assuring me I would end up loving this quite striking Blue which I do. I must say I think it's great having young women selling these amazingly cute little cars! My experience working with Mike Kesterlian on the finances was so very low key; it too was a pleasure. Also Mike seems to really respect his female sales staff; allowing them to "take charge" of the transaction. No condescention here! And I cannot forget to give credit to Peggy Cotto who, too, made my time at the FIAT Dealership so very pleasant. Honestly, I have never experienced such a lovely, pleasant environment and staff in purchasing a car with absolutely no pressure. These people are simply wonderful and should be acknowledged for their "gifts" in making the customer feel so very welcome! I must add I've had my FIAT for six weeks and I'm simply in love with it! I originally went to Fiat just to test drive a 500 because I thought they were really cool cars. I had been only slightly in the car market, but once I got to Fiat of Fairfield County, I had such a gr because I thought they were really cool cars. I am extremely pleased with the service received at Fiat of Fairfield County. I called the dealership on a Saturday afternoon having just gotten a flat tire and Lisa was very helpful in providing a service of Fairfield County. Once upon a time there was a divorced special education/English teacher who lived in Pound Ridge who dreamt of having the cutest car she had ever laid her eyes on but always wound up being "pract education/English teacher who lived in Pound Ridge who dreamt of having the cutest car she had ever laid her eyes on but always wound up being "practical" and getting the cars people "told" her to get. Then this teacher had an epiphany and decided that her kids were growing up, and being "practical" was getting old. It was time to get the car the made her heart "sing" and made her happy every time she thought about it. That car was--and is-- the Fiat 500C and it is now MINE!!! Thanks to Lisa Anastas and Fiat of Fairfield County's stellar studio service, I had a seamless, as-good-as-it-gets car dealer experience, trading in my "practical" car for my beautiful "Bella Sophia," who is not only beautiful, but an absolute dream to drive! And yes, she is also practical as can be, parking in spaces where other cars can't, and getting gas mileage that is 10 times better than any car I have previously owned. I plan to be the total "dork" and get all of the Fiat accessories that "Fiat fans" must have (going to start with a coffee thermos!!) but most of all, I'm going to wait for the next sunny day we get and push that button and watch the top go down s-l-o-w-l-y, and savor the feeling of sitting there before I put my foot on the gas and feel the warm breeze that will make this car feel like a perpetual vacation!!
