"THE BEST" car buying experience I have ever had. From the initial conversations over the phone, to the actually visit to the studio and the purchasing process, I can't see how it could have go had. Tyler, Mike and the dealership went above and beyond the call with the delivery of the vehicle to my house. They both delivered the vehicle personally after they left work for the day. One technician came in on his day off to take care of something for the vehicle I purchased. I'm sure both Tyler and Mike have busy schedules. They both took personal time from their day after working hours to make sure everything I needed to happen happened. This was a surprise gift for my wife. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Fiat of Fairfield. Lisa was so knowledgable about all FIAT models, but really hit the nail on the head with the Abarth. I went in to test drive a Pop model Fairfield. Lisa was so knowledgable about all FIAT models, but really hit the nail on the head with the Abarth. I went in to test drive a Pop model, looking for little to no features and ended up falling in love with a loaded Abarth after Lisa started one up. Her enthusiasm was infectious! Mike really worked out the financial deal for me, and couldn't have made picking up the car any easier. He thoroughly explained all the details of my lease, and put me completely at ease. I've had my FIAT 500 Abarth for a month and every time I walk up to my car it puts a huge smile on my face. I would highly recommend the service and sales experience at FIAT of Fairfield for anyone interested in driving happy in the FIAT family of vehicles. More

I am so ecstatic with the purchase of my new Fiat 500c Abarth! I have owned three cars before purchasing my Fiat, (Volvo, Honda and a Volkswagen) and I have never had as much fun building and buying a car Abarth! Bought the car here. Love the car. Perfect for my needs. Very reliable. Brought car in for oil change - very reasonable price. I called the Service department of the Fiat Dealership late Tuesday afternoon due to a warning light that had come on. Needing to get this issue taken care of asap I asked for an appointment for the follo late Tuesday afternoon due to a warning light that had come on. Needing to get this issue taken care of asap I asked for an appointment for the following morning. Peter from Service said that they were booked and that I could bring the car in on Thursday morning. I explained to Peter that unfortunately Thursday was not a viable option for me and that I needed the car serviced Wednesday morning. On hold for just a few minutes, Peter came back to say that he could schedule a Wednesday 8:00am Service appointment for me. Thank you Peter! I was interested in the Fiat Abarth Cabrio and wasn't inclined to buy it for a few months. I called the dealer to get a test drive and was greeted by Lisa and she introduced me to Mike who handles all t inclined to buy it for a few months. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and she was top notch knowledgable, friendly and communicated well on phone and email. Her and Mike worked out a great deal for my new Fiat Abarth Cabrio and even took in my leased Jeep as a trade in when I still had a few months left.
