Kerbeck does me right I just came in for a diagnostic check on my 2012 Sierra Denali and left in a 2015 Sierra Denali and lowered my payments. She asked if she would be able to trade her Terrain in. I wasn't sure but took her down there a few days later and she was able to trade into a 2015 Yukon Denali thanks again to Ryan and Steve. This was her second purchase from here and we will be back in the future. I have all our service work done at FC Kerbeck also as the service staff always takes care of any issues that may arise with same professionalism as I have seen and experienced in any areas of the dealership I have dealt with. All went well until the closing of the deal I was not offered a reasonable deal on an extended warranty.
