She helped us to negotiate a great price, while making sure our every need was met while we waited. She anticipated all our needs. We were offered a courtesy car to drive while we were in negotiations, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I had a couple of bad experiences with two other Nissan dealers(eisanhauer and Woodbury). I was almost ready to wash my hands of Nissan altoghether, until I spoke to Wes and Lincoln. Although I may be a bit bias from years of knowing Mel before purchasing my new Rogue from Exton Nissan, I had never seen her in action in a professional situation. She was willing to help me before, dur before purchasing my new Rogue from Exton Nissan, I had never seen her in action in a professional situation. When I was still shopping around and was not yet settled on a particular vehicle, Mel did not mind me asking questions and getting her input on different cars. She was able to tell me specifics and the pros and cons as well as afforability. While at the dealership, Mel's sole attention was on me and my needs and was very perfessional when it came to explaining differences in models, pricing, financing, etc. Any question I had she was able to answer (with a joke and a smile to follow!). After all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed, I was on my way.. Almost. After a bit of a set back with THE car I had purchased, Mel and I were on a mission to finish out the day in a limited amount of time. This was no problem for her as she knew exactly what had to be done, what order to complete it, and how long we had to finish up in a timely matter. Even after everything was said and done, Mel took the extra time out of her day to drive my new car to me while I was at work and she was done for the day. Not many people would take the time out of their personal time to help a customer out like Mel did with me. There is no doubt in my mind that Exton Nissan is better off with Melanie as part of their team and I know she puts 1000% into her job of helping others get exactly what they've been looking for. Negiotations were quick and painless. We told her what price we were comfortable with paying after incentives and trade-in and she made it happen. When the vehicle was ready for delivery, she took the time to show us all of the vehicle's features and even synced our phones to the bluetooth.
