She really worked hard for me including her personally going to Delaware to pick up the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for and then sendiung out to have the leather interior installed for me. The dealership offers one year of free service and when my delivery was slightly delayed, Wendel immediately offered and gave me one additional free year of service for the slight delay. I was very impressed by Chester, the business manager and Chuck, the dealership general manager. They both made me feel part of their ever growing family of satisfied customers. I had stopped into Exton Nissan initially to have some service work performed on my 2008 Maxima, but upon realizing the cost of the work, I decided to look into replacing my vehicle. Ken had approached me in the parking lot as I was browsing the new/used vehicles and was kind enough to show me a few cars that I might be interested in. He was very professional, courteous and aware of my financial concerns in moving forward with a 2012 Maxima. I went to Exton Nissan (In PA) looking for a used car & possibly to trade my 2001 Jeep Wrangler in. When I arrived on the lot, Matthew Lutter, my dealer, promptly came out to assist me and answer any qu & possibly to trade my 2001 Jeep Wrangler in. Matt was extremely helpful to me considering I had a lot of questions about some of the cars on the lot as well as general questions. Matt never hesitated once in answering any of my questions and I was very satisfied with the answers I received from him. Once I narrowed down my search for a car, Matt suggested we take it for a test drive. During the test drive, Matt was very professional and once again he walked me through all of the features of the car and how they worked. When we got back to the lot Matt helped me schedule a time the following day to bring in my Jeep to get appraised and talk numbers on the car. Matt really helped make my buying process smooth and stress free. I would go back to Exton Nissan and work with Matt again with out any questions asked. He really knew his cars inside and out and was professional during the entire process. Because of all his help, I really felt like I bought the perfect car for me. I did not once feel pressured into anything which for me made the car buying that much more enjoyable. The 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe that I ended up purchasing is in every-way what i was looking for. So, we came back in the evening and even though we were far apart in price at beginning, but he was very professional and worked it out with us. I also wanted to point out that the general manager, John Lasala Jr. is such a nice and friendly guy and we enjoyed dealing with him. I would recommend going to this dealership and buying car from them. Ken is definitely a nice, kind, and honest person and I recommend to go to him. More

I rated this dealership this high because of Brianna, she called me with information regarding the vehicles that were available. Per the phone call i told her what I wanted. She had several vehicles ready f called me with information regarding the vehicles that were available. Per the phone call i told her what I wanted. She had several vehicles ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. After I told her I really wanted the 2013 Altima. She was able to locate the vehicle but it had more than I wanted but the manager gave me a good price on the vehicle. I am leasing the vehicle due to the fact I only wanted to have a certain monthly payment. She also followed up with me today to see if I was satisfied with the vehicle. I love the car, it is great to drive. More
