We purchased a new 2006 Xterra in Sept. '06. We spent $1200 on the extended warranty with paperwork claiming that if it went unused the money would be refunded. In Oct. 2011 we went through all the proce $1200 on the extended warranty with paperwork claiming that if it went unused the money would be refunded. In Oct. 2011 we went through all the procedures to get the refund but found the company went out of bussiness and Exton Nissan would only offer us a $200 service credit. I will also mention that we drove around with the wrong tag (issued by the dealer)for three years until we were pulled over. They did pay for our new tag without an issue. I do wonder how they did 2 state inspections and not catch that. More

In spite of the fact that I am a New York Resident (180 miles from Exton!), salesman Kenneth George influenced our decision. Several months ago, my wife, Margaret, and I were assisting our daughter as she contemplated the purchase of a new car. As she lives only a short distance from Exton we stopped by the Exton Nissan dealership and encountered Ken George totally by chance. He could not have been more helpful. His earnestness coupled to an integrity emanating from him won us over. The time he spent with us gave us a chance to build a relationship with him but at this point we did not purchase a car. Upon returning to Exton Nissan we obviously hoped that Kenneth would be able to assist us -- and assist us he did! We purchased a new Nissan very grateful to Ken for guiding us through the process. Near the end of the process we enountered Jennifer who addressed the financial issues -- she too exhibited the friendliness so evident at the dealership! The only concern I had is that Exton Nissan, like so many dealers, compels you to interact with a financial officer to complete the process. In our case the financial officer did her utmost to serve us well but we would much prefer to work with ONE person through the entire process. Perhaps Exton salesmen (we were so pleased with ours) could accompany clients through this end process with the financial officer. Nonetheless, we are vocal supporters of Exton Nissan!! More

The customer service provided by Melanie & Chuck (Sales Manager) was excellent, their work as a team was exceptional and provided my family and I with the greatest deal and our favorite cars!! I would recommend Exton Nissan to others looking for great car buying experience. Mel and Chuck were not pushy and were able to give us their full attention and even closed the store with them on several nights just to stay and answer all my questions! Mel was available via e-mail and text for my daughter and I to contact at any time. She was attentive and provided the best customer service! We consider her family =) We even were able to make friends with the whole Exton Nissan crew. They made it an enjoyable experience not just a purchase! More
My mom and sister got new vehicles and tried to talk me into getting one as well since I love Nissans too. I wasn't sold until I went in and dealt with Mel and Chuck. They were wonderful and very helpful in answering all my questions. They were able to give mea good deal and offer me a fully loaded Maxima which i absolutely love. Mel knew what I was looking for and was able to get me in my dream car. I always drove used Nissan Maximas since I was 16 and with Melanie and Chuck's help I was able to get everything I wanted in the car. THEY ARE GREAT! More
Hi Chuck. My name is Bob Campenni. I purchased 2012 Altima Coupe in late Jan. My experience at Exton Nissan was very positive. I walked in on a Sat and saw Brianna and asked to see the Altima. She aske Altima Coupe in late Jan. My experience at Exton Nissan was very positive. I walked in on a Sat and saw Brianna and asked to see the Altima. She asked if I would give her my information. I said I wasn`t ready for that. She was very professional and pleasant and said lets go for a ride. I loved the car and said I would be back soon. I came back the next week. We discussed what Model, Color, what extras I was interested in. She said some other dealer would have it and she would track it down. Brianna kept in touch and updated me almost every day. She wound up going to NYC and drove my car back. I went back the next day to sign the deal. She made all the paperwork very easy for me. Because of Briannas expertise in all phases of the car and purchasing I will be back in 3 years for a 2016 Altima. Brianna is a very important asset to your Dealership. I would also commend Aaron for bending over backwards to my this deal happen. More
