Every car comes with a spare tire and it is mandatory by state law that it has one. All Nissans come with at least a space-saver tire and if the customer would prefer a full size tire then that would be an option for you that we could look into the cost. As for any hail damage that might have been on the vehicle, I would like to make sure that it is handled professionally and promptly. Please call me at the dealership so I can personally help you with it. I definitely wouldn't approve of any of my staff to act or tolerate the way you described to any customer. We have been in business for many years and work towards making every customer a satisfied customer. So please call me so we can resolve any issues still outstanding.

Gentleman bought 2013 Murano with Navigation. Nissan does offer updated maps that can be purchased online at Nissan. We honor anything owed to the customer and always have it signed off by both customer and management so we can avoid any verbal promises. Even thou Customer did sign the we owe form stating that there wasn't anything owed, I did offer to pay the labor rate for the update. I try to handle all customers with the same respect and treatment that I would expect. I want all customers to have a truly exceptional experience and we have been in business for many years with a lot of repeat and referred customers.
