This dealership is the worst dealership I've ever done business with. Turned in a lease for another lease the dealer was supposed to take care of the last 3payments of the old lease which they didn't done business with. Been getting lied to for a couple months now and now management doesn't want to return calls. These only care about making the sale and after that they could car less about you. I wouldn't let my worst enemy by a car here! Sad thing is this is our 5th Nissan and this is how their loyal customers get treated. I will never buy another car here nor use the service here. More

I am currently working on rebuilding my finances and credit, so my overall credit was not great. I worked hand in hand with Kathy Sheerin who spent countless hours getting me into in a great used car w credit, so my overall credit was not great. I worked hand in hand with Kathy Sheerin who spent countless hours getting me into in a great used car with a monthly payment and interest rate I would be happy with. I was extremely dedicated to finding myself the right car with the right deal. I turned down multiple options from Kathy and she did not stop working. I now am in an amazing used vehicle and could not be happier. Once my approval was out of the way, I then worked with Ivana who was responsive and available for questions. There were some minor fixes that had to be done to the used car before purchase and Ivana was great at ensuring these action items were completed to my satisfaction. If you are looking at purchasing a new or used car, I highly recommend the staff at Exton Nissan. Very happy with my purchase. More
Talk about getting the shaft, i bought a 2011 car that has had more problems the and 20 year old car. I decided to take it to a different dealership to have some thing fixed, guess what NO WARRANTY, Exto has had more problems the and 20 year old car. I decided to take it to a different dealership to have some thing fixed, guess what NO WARRANTY, Exton never even offered me one, i got one for the rims only because they messed up something while i was there, who the xxxx sells a car and doesn't tell them there is not warranty or even offer one, haven't had the car for more then 90 days, and it been in the shop 5 times. This is just ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM EXTON NISSAN, they are a bunch of crooks, i found out the hard way. More

I went to Exton to find a used car that I seen on the internet. When I arrived at the dealership they advised that the price of the car was reduced. By the time I was able to sign the contract they had a internet. When I arrived at the dealership they advised that the price of the car was reduced. By the time I was able to sign the contract they had a new finance manager who was absolutely rude. She snapped at the salesman in front of his customer?? That is not professional at all. She would not honor the initial sale price on the vehicle. She also promised a full gas tank because of all the trips I had to take to close the deal and never fulfilled her promise. The worst experience ever. I've never seen such rude customer service. They never game me my sales folder that included my free oil change. When I asked to read over what I was signing she got agitated and actually had an attitude with me. WORST EXPERIENCE!! SAVE YOUR TIME More
We were looking for an economy new car and decided to check out Nissan, Honda, Hyundai and Kia. We went to Exton Nissan and that is where we met Brianna Johnson (sales associate). Brianna started out to explain in detail about the car we asked about, the Sentra, where she made sure the car was right for us and she didn't try to sell us something else. Brianna made the experience so comfortable besides a great deal that we decided to purchase the Sentra and not bother with the other dealerships. If you decide on a Nissan, definitely see Brianna at Exton Nissan. More
I went to Exton Nissan looking for a specific used vehicle I'd seen advertised on their lot. My situation was a bit unusual with my trades and my credit wasn't the greatest. I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue about a month ago from Exton Nissan. Being a recent college graduate and a first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole process and under the impression tha ago from Exton Nissan. Being a recent college graduate and a first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole process and under the impression that the car buying process can be very intimidating. However thanks to Exton Nissan and my sales consultant Rory Carroll and the financial advisor Paula this was not the case! I didn't once feel overwhelmed, rushed or persuaded into making a decision. I was extremely impressed by their exceptional customer service and attention to detail in making me feel very comfortable in the whole buying process. During the test drive Rory was very knowledgeable about the Rogue explaining every detail from the engine, to how the car was made. He was very honest, and has a friendly outgoing personality which made me feel very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. He also took time to listen to what I wanted because even though I originally came in to purchase the 2013 he offered to show me the 2011 which had many more features including the sunroof and navigation which I was looking for, whereas the 2013 did not. In the end I ended up purchasing the 2011 and I couldn't be anymore happier with the purchase, dealer, or sales consultant! Thanks again Rory for making my experience comfortable and enjoyable! More
