She continued the professional and helpful customer service from email in person when I met her. We went over the exact model car that I wanted and she clearly explained several things that I had questions about. At no point did I feel pressured, and in fact she displayed great patience and created a very relaxed atmosphere for me to learn about the car and become sure of my purchase. When it came to talk price, of course the process involved the sales manager as expected in about any dealership. Chuck DeSantis, joined us and was also very professional, yet down to earth, as we talked and reached a mutually agreeable price. A couple of days later I arrived to pick up the new car and trade the old one in. During a test drive, I felt a vibration. Caitlin reacted to my concern by facilitating the service department's involvement. They test drove it to confirm the issue, then returned to road force balance all four wheels. After they test drove it again to confirm the problem was fixed, we quickly closed the deal. I have been involved in many car buying experiences, and can honestly say that this was the best one so far. More

I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to large purchases, but Willie worked his magic and got me into a 2015 Nissan Rogue. New Car Buying Experience On December 18, 2014 my wife and I visited Exton Nissan. We were met by John McGettigan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. He On December 18, 2014 my wife and I visited Exton Nissan. We were met by John McGettigan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. He showed us 2014 and 2015 Altima's. He invited us to take a test drive, which of course, sealed the deal. We were ready to purchase the 2015 Altima, but we didn't have my car to trade in. John encouraged us to take the Altima and bring my car in on Saturday. We enjoyed our experience so much, we traded in my wife's car for a 2015 Rogue. Yes, John was such a pleasure to work with that we purchased two cars. Our entire experience was wonderful. Not only do I recommend this dealership, but especially John McGettigan. While he was preparing the paperwork, we were offered refreshments. John stayed late to accommodate us and put us in the cars of our dreams. He explained the features of the cars, set up our Bluetooth, preset our stations and basically took care of everything. If you are looking to purchase a car, come to Exton Nissan and ask for John McGettigan. He gets our top rating - 10 stars. More

sucky service. I had a great experience here with buying my car, but that also I think was because I did a lot of research on the car I wanted. Since I bought the thing it has been nothing but a headache. Do not finance with Nissan. Their finance department has disrespected me on numerous accounts. Now I just ask for their manager if I have to call. Their service department is just as terrible if not worse. They blamed me for a faulty tire didn't acknowledge the insurance I bought for a replacement....until I called the sales rep who sold me the car. They're not flexible, and they keep directing me to other ppl for small issues. I will never buy another Nissan again. Save yourself the headache. More

Spoke with the internet person to verify the car was there, and was told it would be ready for a test drive that evening. Received a confirmation of my appointment at 4.45pm. Arrived at 6.20pm, only to be told that car was not on site. Then I was told car sold 2 hours ago. Considering I had come with pages of research on that car and ready to buy that particular car that night, I was very upset about having wasted my time and special coordination to make it to this particular dealership. A single phone call that car sold would have saved us a lot of time. The car had been listed for 45 days and was a good price, and I thought it sounded fishy that suddenly "the car sold two hours ago", but was still listed on the internet. I demanded to speak with a manager, who then told me that they posted the car on ebay for auction. I asked to see the auction, but they told me they couldn't close it early to sell me a car. I told them you can easily close an auction early as I had been an ebay seller myself, but they weren't willing to do this. Furthermore, they then couldn't find the actual auction. By this time, I was extremely upset, and the people I spoke with got more and more condescending ("We can't hold a car for anybody"). I strongly suspect this car was a "bait and switch" tactic to get you into the dealership with a good offer and then try to sell you something else. Especially since the car is still listed on the internet the following day....anyway, we went to Scott Honda Select in West Chester that same night, and drove off with a beautiful Hyandai Santa Fe with low mileage and great price. The dealership stayed open late to accommodate us and complete the sale, we were treated like valued customers and not like people taking a number at the meat counter. The whole transaction was smooth, our sales person was amazing, and the contrast in experience to Nissan Exton was like night and day. If you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience, Nissan Exton shouldn't be on your list. More
