Worst dealership ever I've ever dealt with!!!!! I must say, I've never been to a zoo in disguise as a car dealership until the evening of my visit to Exton Nissan. My slowly paced extremely unintell I must say, I've never been to a zoo in disguise as a car dealership until the evening of my visit to Exton Nissan. My slowly paced extremely unintelligent blob of a salesmen "Mark Ferry" had zero knowledge about the Nissan Altima which he sold me. As if he and his lack of knowledge about the vehicle wasn't disgusting enough, he also informed me that I would have to pay an additional 95.00 for a spare tire on my NEW vehicle! When I spoke to the general manager Chuck Desantis he informed me that this was indeed true and that most dealerships are charging for a spare tire. I was completely outraged when finding out after the fact that this was not applicable for other Nissan dealerships. When I questioned Mark about the dents in my vehicle he due to the recent hail storm, Mark replied that there are several other Nissan dealers in my area that I could have choose from and that he had a busy schedule which did not allow him the time needed to adjust the price talk to the manager about making the repairs. After this extremely painful delivery on my way home I ran out of gas and also noticed that my car was never inspected! I will never buy at Exton Nissan or possibly any Nissan dealership again!!! More

Bait and switch pros I approached this dealership for two different used vehicles at two different times. They advertised a below market priced Altima or Rogue on Pandora I approached this dealership for two different used vehicles at two different times. They advertised a below market priced Altima or Rogue on Pandora but it was gone when I inquired about it (I clicked on the ad), tnen they tried to sell me a much bigger and more expensive new model. The second time they told me to come in but didn't tell me that the vehicle I wanted to buy was already sold. This is the type of dealership that give car dealers a bad name. More
New vehicle purchase My husband and I just purchased a new 2014 Nissan Rogue SV with Exton Nissan. We dealt with Cameron Miles and Wendel Landis who were awesome! They both went over and beyond with there efforts from understanding our financial situation to getting us approved and into our new Rogue. We will definitely recommend Exton Nissan to any of our friends and family that are looking to purchasing a Nissan product in the future. More
Did not honor whatever Frank committed When I bought the car Frank told me that Nissan Murano's map was updated. After of couple of days I found it did not have few maps so I called them. Frank said that he would update my map free of charge. When I went today to get my map updated they stated that its not written anywhere and cannot honor it. I feel being cheated. More
Excellent Service Experience I had a very pleasant and stress free service experience at Exton Nissan. Gaspar was very nice and seemed to grasp my concerns with the service neede I had a very pleasant and stress free service experience at Exton Nissan. Gaspar was very nice and seemed to grasp my concerns with the service needed to my vehicle. In fact, the entire staff was very friendly. They got me in and out in not time, addressed all of my concerns and even washed my vehicle for me. Much to my surprise the bill was less than expected! Great job! More
My wife and I leased her Sentra SR and had a great experience. After test driving a couple of competitors cars earlier in the day, we went to Nissan and met with Tyrone. He has a great approach, as experience. After test driving a couple of competitors cars earlier in the day, we went to Nissan and met with Tyrone. He has a great approach, as does the dealership in general. Tyrone and Chuck (Sales Manager) give you the impression like they're pulling for you to get the car you want, as opposed to the competitors who give the impression like they are working against you. We're proud to be a Nissan family and we seem to test drive the competitors cars only to have something to compare; but in the end Exton Nissan always prevails because they give us what we want EVERY time. Our experience with Tyrone and Chuck have only enhanced our feelings about Nissan. Thanks guys and we'll be seeing you in a couple of years when my lease is up! More
I got a great deal yes, customer service is horrible. Got the free oil change the inspection sticker was expiring due to the trade in, Steven stated give me your registration and insurance and I can just extend the sticker take 2 minutes. I had left it at home, got the info made an appt my fiance took my car way out of his way because he had off and I took his truck too work which is hard for me to drive. They said they were unable to do this, Dana, Dave all of them are morons. I was told they could just put the sticker on and then he gets there and they say no they can not. Dave told me when I made the appt it would take a couple minutes as well he was familiar with what happened. I am just outraged the communication and knowledge of this place, they could give 2 craps about their customers. If I had to wait to actually get it inspected since I just bought it their in mid november he said I did not have to do the full inspection. I am just dumb founded "who does this" More

I always feel like I am dealing with a family at Exton Nissan and not a stuffy corporation. You guys are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and you all have a wonderful sense of humor. That makes four cars to date. Two co-signed for my daughters (yeah...I'm still paying for the car owned by the one who is in college), one little gem of a rare sports car I bought last year that Brianna and Jeff "pulled out of thin air". Love it! And now a new Altima. I'm thinking that if I buy any more cars from you guys I will qualify for your 401K plan. It is always a pleasure; a very enjoyable experience, buying a car from Exton Nissan. Thanks again. More
