I have bumper to bumper coverage, and they refused to cover a The service is underwhelming and lacking in integrity. I've taken my Nissan here twice. I have bumper to bumper coverage, and they refused to cover a mechanical defect under warranty until I insisted they do so. On another occasion they attempted to charge me for unauthorized and unnecessary "repairs". They replaced my windshield wipers, which didn't need to be replaced, and is not something I would pay a service department to do, as it is easily done by anyone. Unless you have a strong will, and aren't willing to be pushed around, then you should take your business elsewhere. More

Bait and switch! After spending entire Saturday, we got descent price quote and signed the deal sheet. We paid down-payment and got car under my insurance. Finally my son was happy to get car keys, almost at closing. Sale rep said that they won't be able to complete the lease papers today as there are some other people in line and ask us to come on Mon to complete paperwork. My son was driving the car over weekend and when we came on Mon to complete the lease, they increased monthly payments from $225 to over $300, saying that we are not within 1st tier to get it for $225. We were so disappointed as Sales rep had run my and my son's credit score on Sat and made an offer based on that. Further more manager asked us to return car keys and did treat to call the police as the lease not signed yet. If anyone had similar experience in this dealership, please contact me for joint action.
