Had a great salesman and got a great car. We visited many car dealers because we were unsure of what we wanted. We researched, saw, and test drove many cars. Service - inspection Our car was dropped off for inspection. Everything was fine with the inspection service but my exterior of the car is absolutely disgusting. Inconvenience to customer I called two weeks ahead to order my sunvisor on the driver side. I was called and told that my sun visor had arrived, when I took my car to the deal I called two weeks ahead to order my sunvisor on the driver side. I was called and told that my sun visor had arrived, when I took my car to the dealer to have the sunvisor installed I was told that the visor that was ordered was on the wrong side. Note, this is an inconvenience to me because I work Monday through Friday! Now I have to plan to bring my car back to the dealership to have the correct sun visor installed! The planning is getting to find some one to follow me to drop the car off, borrowing an extra car so that I can go to work, then finding some one to take me to get my car and giving them back their car that I borrowed! So many steps that I tried to avoid for the second time! Frustrated and inconvenience customer! More

2013 Leaf annual inspection Exton Nissan has only 1 technician certified for the Leaf, which is somewhat to be expected since there are only a relatively few Leafs on the road. Exton Nissan has only 1 technician certified for the Leaf, which is somewhat to be expected since there are only a relatively few Leafs on the road. So I had to wait several hours while that technician finished work on another leaf. However, the inspection itself, once started was completed quickly and a recall to update the navigation system software was also completed. Best of all, there was no charge for the work that was done. The staff are professional and friendly, and kept me well informed on what was happening. They have a very close comfortable waiting room with free coffee and wifi, as well as an outlet on one wall that I was able to use to charge my iPhone while I waited. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my service experience. More
