Unbelievable but true Scheduled vehicle for safety recall. After leaving car with service was notified later that day that there was no safety recall for my vehicle. After verifying myself with Nissan, contacted service dept to find explanation for confusion. After further investigation, service dept admitted, “oh yeah, there is a safety recall for your car.” They kept car for several hours before notifying me that unfortunately, they didn’t have the necessary parts, I’d have to get my car and reschedule in the future. Why would they schedule me at all if a.) my car wasn’t under recall and b.) they didn’t have necessary parts. I essentially made an unnecessary trip. Two unnecessary trips. More
