Second time I waited over one hour to inspect I have had to take my vehicle in to this dealership twice for bumper to bumper covered work. Both times I had to wait over one hour just to inspect th I have had to take my vehicle in to this dealership twice for bumper to bumper covered work. Both times I had to wait over one hour just to inspect the issue. I then had to waste another day to have the issues fixed and it wasn't possible on a Saturday because I was told they only do certain things. Seven times to the dealerships in two years is crazy. I have bumper to bumper coverage, and they refused to cover a The service is underwhelming and lacking in integrity. I've taken my Nissan here twice. I have bumper to bumper coverage, and they refused to cover a mechanical defect under warranty until I insisted they do so. On another occasion they attempted to charge me for unauthorized and unnecessary "repairs". They replaced my windshield wipers, which didn't need to be replaced, and is not something I would pay a service department to do, as it is easily done by anyone. Unless you have a strong will, and aren't willing to be pushed around, then you should take your business elsewhere. More
