I’m trying to buy out my lease and have had to deal with a rude sales manager, Smart Alec finance guy and a sales department that wants to sell me services I don’t want. Add insult to injury, the inspection a rude sales manager, Smart Alec finance guy and a sales department that wants to sell me services I don’t want. Add insult to injury, the inspection for the buyout. I was told it was $75 and was instead charged $150. Luckily, the service guy was nice and charged the $75. Can’t wait to be done with this dealership. I’ve leased 6 Muranos thru Nissan. I’m going go think twice next time I need a car. More

In the past, my husband and I have bought multiple cars from this dealer. My most recent experience, however, was not favorable. I waited a few months for a certain vehicle to come in stock. When it arrive from this dealer. My most recent experience, however, was not favorable. I waited a few months for a certain vehicle to come in stock. When it arrived, I immediately looked at it and spoke to sales/finance. The very next day I was given a verbal agreement that "the vehicle is yours." Not only did I offer to put money down and was told I didn't have to (being a repeat customer and all...) but I was sent a photo of the vehicle with a "sold" sticker, a buyers checklist for purchase, and I had an appointment for when to come in and pick up my vehicle. The evening before pickup I was told there were issues with my current vehicle buyout. I told Nissan I would handle it, and within the hour I had negotiated a deal with a dealer and sold my existing car. I called Nissan to confirm I'd be in to buy the vehicle on my appointment date/time and I was told they had just sold it. Not only did I get an unprofessional response from Tyler, but he was rude and unapologetic. I was told the GM would call me that evening - that was 2 days ago and I'm still awaiting a call. Please note: I got the car I wanted from another dealer at almost $5k less! When customer loyalty isn't inherent at an establishment like this, it's time to move on. To not call a 15 year customer with an apology on a huge miss like this, it's just simply unacceptable. More
