First and foremost we here at Exon Nissan are not out to scam any customer and especially someone who is making there first purchase with many more to follow. We actually pride ourselves in standing behind all of the vehicles that we sell and are committed to the highest customer satisfaction. Most of our customers are previous or referred to us. All of our pre-owned vehicles are put through the shop and serviced. We charge $895 on every pre-owned vehicle that we sell to the public to offset any work that was or has to be done to a vehicle. For instance, we replaced a brake light cover and paid for a spare key for your daughter. I know that you like the service that Chester has provided and will continue to provide your daughter. In response to your message Mr. DeSantis, the brake light cover that was replaced was done because a screwdriver was left in the hatch by a Exton Nissan employee, and when we were there to sign the papers we were told by our agent that he would have to pay for the brake light cover because you said the car was sold "AS IS". The key was part of the deal, the car was suppose to come with two keys. The only resolution to our issue at this time is a check for $895.00
