I made an internet inquiry for a specific vehicle. I was contacted by Allison Leech who was very responsive to my request for an out-the-door price on the vehicle. We made an appointment to stop in at 7:30 that evening. Here's where this dealer really fails. I'm informed that Allison is gone for the day. Jeremy, a young salesman, is eager to help us get the ball rolling. But something doesn't seem right. He brings around a "demo" vehicle instead of the vehicle we were quoted. He tells us it's basically the same vehicle and it will give us a feel for how it drives. The vehicle is very dirty on the outside and a mess inside, i.e. empty soda bottles on the floor, trash in cup holders, rear trunk is filled with personal items. Seemed strange that they would have us test drive a vehicle in that condition. Jeremy begins to tell us what a "great deal" he can do on this used vehicle. I tell him we're only interested in a brand new vehicle, the one they quoted. We get back to the dealer and give him the keys to our trade for appraisal. We sit patiently waiting alone at his desk while he stands over by the pit boss whispering and jotting down numbers. Why, I don't know, since we already have a quote in writing. Finally, he comes back and says they have another vehicle to offer....different price and offers a ptitful trade allowance. I tell him we want the vehicle they quoted only a few hours earlier. He heads back over to the pit boss while we wait another 5 minutes. I finally get up, request my cars back...Jeremy pretends he doesn't know where they are. I walk over to the counter and they are right in front of him. I take my keys and we proceed to leave the dealership in disgust over this blatant bait & switch tactic. We walk in the parking lot and cannot spot our vehicle. I walk back in asking them to show us to our car. Here they had it already tucked away back in there used car lot assuming they could hard sell us a different vehicle. As he walks us to our car, turns out he now claims they never had the vehicle that was listed on there website. A complete waste of our time. DO NOT TRUST EXTON NISSAN WITH YOUR CAR PURCHASING More
I went into the Exton Nissan Dealership to trade in my car for a Nissan Altima. I met with Brianna Johnson, who is a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable sales associate. She showed me a great car for a Nissan Altima. I met with Brianna Johnson, who is a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable sales associate. She showed me a great demo 2011 Nissan Altima, which was at a very good price. I bought the car outright and was very pleased with the car and with how I was treated by Brianna. When I had continuing issues with the car, Brianna made sure the issues were dealt with immediately. She really took care of me. But after the final issue with the new car, I expressed my dismay with all the issues to Brianna. She made sure that I could trade in the 2011 for a 2012 Nissan Altima. I love it!! Brianna has called me to check on the car. I must acknowledge Chuck and Wendell, who also helped me out. But Brianna Johnson is the one person that made me feel comfortable, at ease, even with the troubles with the 2011 Altima. She is an excellent sales associate, who deserved all the accolades for being such a sweet person who knows her Nissan cars!!! She went through the different aspects of the car with me and set up the bluetooth with my cell phone. Very special thanks to Brianna and Exton Nissan!!!! More
Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I had been to several dealerships to shop around and had several bad and mediocre experiences. As a single young woman, you tend to get taken advantage of or pe to several dealerships to shop around and had several bad and mediocre experiences. As a single young woman, you tend to get taken advantage of or pegged as a xxxxx at other dealerships. NOT HERE! They were nothing but respectful, courteous and I didn't feel like someone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes at all. Knowledgeable sales staff, accommodating, friendly.... overall great experience. If you're looking for a new or used car, this is THE place to go!!! More
Over a month since my I traded in car for an overpriced Altima. The trade in lienholder still has not received the payoff and despite trying for a week, no one has called me back with any answers. We've left many messages and not a single call has been returned. Common courtesy? Also, we've taken our other Altima in for service numerous times for the same issues only to have to explain it all over and over. To date the problem isn't resolved. I'm not exaggerating or grinding an axe - this is a warning to others. Go elsewhere to buy or service a vehicle. We'll never be back there. More

Mitch was great to work with - very responsive and the price on the car was extremely fair. Mitch went above and beyond by driving the vehicle to DC for delivery and this was VERY much appreciated. Only reason I gave quality of work a 4 instead of 5 was because the interior detailing was good but for instance the inside of the main cup holder was pretty grungy so it was a detail that got overlooked in the detailing... but the sale went very smoothly especially all being handled over the phone. I have lived in Philly for 6 years. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and a salesman named Cliff. Cliff has a great personality and kept things moving. I have to say buying a car takes time given it is probably the second biggest purchase in your life. As I said I have bought 3 vehicles from Cliff and each time i felt he was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has impressed me from the time I bought my first car. He did not treat me like most salesman do. He got to the point and told me the things I needed to understand about the car and the price. He was on my side! In fact, I had an argument with the manager before the dealership was sold in 2010. The manager was very upset with Cliff because he was making sure I would get what was promised to me. The manager let Cliff go which really upset me because I believe it was due to me getting a "good deal". The car I bought had a problem with the power train and when i went back i was told cliff was let go. The manager then told me the issue with my car was not covered in the warranty. The warranty said power train and this guy said it had to do with the steering system. I know Cliff would have made this right. I was very excited when i found out the dealership was in new management and the old manager let go. Cliff was rehired and i am working with him on a new purchase, i will let you know how it went. This dealership has a good man working for them and he is dedicated to the customer. I say good job to the new management and i have told people to try this dealership before going anywhere else. I went to exton nissan because they had a car listed on cars.com that I was interested in. The car turned out to be great aside from it needing new tires and an alignment. Once I decided that I was interested, the longest deal making I've ever been in took place. I sat in the dealership for four hours after the test drive. Once things were settled I had to drive back up to Exton from Harrisburg the following Tuesday (took the car on Saturday) to deliver the check, sign more papers and get my second set of keys. When I got there I had to wait another hour before I even got the papers to sign. When the bank requested a copy of the title the dealership said they wouldn't have it for another week. I will never work with them again... Unless I have four weeks to waste! More
