Customer Service was great , but I was getting a recall fixed and made the appointment over a month prior. Was not told until I arrived that they did not have part in stock. I was also told it would be ord fixed and made the appointment over a month prior. Was not told until I arrived that they did not have part in stock. I was also told it would be ordered but was forewarned that other recent orders were taking a while. The part should have been ordered well in advance of my appointment if it was out of stock. If not in stock I should have been informed in advance so I had an option to reschedule the other work until a day everything could have been done. Again customer service was pleasant, polite and professional. More
